SOUL LED CONSCIOUSNESS SESSION

90 minutes — £65 | Two hours — £80

A deeply personalised session that honours the whole person, working across the physical, emotional, energetic and soul fields.

Through intuitive guidance and muscle testing, we gently explore what may be affecting how you feel and the patterns that keep showing up in your life. The work may include stored emotions, limiting beliefs, subconscious patterns or energetic imbalances. Each session follows what is relevant to you, making space for greater balance, clarity and reconnection with your authentic self.

A personalised post-session anchoring meditation is included to support you in continuing and integrating the work at home.

Sessions are available in person, online by video call, or remotely without a video call.

THE SOUL LED EXPERIENCE

Soul Led Consciousness Session with Deluxe Reflexology | Approximately 2½ hours — £95

This experience combines a 90-minute Soul Led Consciousness session with Deluxe Reflexology, giving you space for deeper inner work followed by time to rest and reconnect with your body.

After the SLC session, advanced reflexology techniques, carefully selected essential oils and gentle energy techniques support relaxation, grounding and integration. It’s for anyone who wants to explore what’s beneath the surface while also having time to settle, receive and simply be.

DELUXE REFLEXOLOGY

Allow 60 minutes — £40

A deeply relaxing reflexology treatment tailored to your individual needs. Advanced reflexology techniques, carefully selected essential oils and gentle energy-balancing techniques are brought together to help you slow down, reconnect with your body and enjoy time to rest.

Focused work on the reflex points of the feet supports relaxation, grounding and a greater sense of balance.

ANIMAL SESSION

Remote session — £40

Animals can be sensitive to the experiences and emotions of the people they share their lives with. Where relevant, the connection between an animal and their person may be gently explored as part of the session.

Working remotely within the Soul Led Consciousness framework, I bring compassionate attention to what presents across the animal’s physical, emotional, energetic and soul fields. The animal does not need to travel or appear on screen, and I provide a detailed summary to their guardian afterwards.

This is complementary support and does not replace veterinary assessment or treatment.

ONLINE SLC GROUPS

Small, supportive online gatherings centred on a chosen theme or shared area of healing. Each group offers guided reflection, Soul Led Consciousness work, time for integration and meaningful connection — all from the comfort of your own home.

CACAO CIRCLES

Monthly circles in the beautiful surroundings of Willow & Lore Heritage Farm in Glenravel, offering a nurturing space to pause, reconnect and journey inward.

Each circle includes ceremonial cacao, guided reflection, meditation and healing journey. Depending on the theme, it may also include Soul Led Consciousness group work or drumming. From time to time, guest facilitators may join us and share their work within the circle.
